Mr. Pollard impresses me because he was so meticulous in his measurement and tried to get maximum benefit by choosing the right fittings and fixtures for them the result was a state of the art bathroom with power shower. His prices were so reasonable and below other quotes that I opted for dearer tiles and the bathroom was the envy of all my friends. I keep his card to recommend his work to any of my friends. His number was given to me by a friend.

When we contacted Bathrooms & Kitchens by Appointment we spoke to Mr. Pollard. The following day Mr. Pollard arrived to start the beginning of a well organised programme. He measured our kitchen and showed us a vast range of samples. When we had chosen our kitchen and appliances and told Mr. Pollard what we wanted and where we wanted it, he gave us a quote (which could not be beat). When the work began it took five days. The tradesmen were excellent their standard of work was of the highest. They cleaned up everything as they went along. Mr. Pollard had it well organised nobody was standing around waiting. The tradesmen only turned up when they could actually do their job.

Mr. Pollard turned up each day to make sure everything was gong to plan and that there were no problems.

We were absolutely over the moon with the finished product. We could not have asked for any more.

Although my initial enquiry to the firm was for the advice on installing a dishwasher in the tiny kitchen of my parents kitchen, I was soon convinced it would be easier and more desirable to install a complete new kitchen. The design was completed quickly and proved immediately acceptable. Most impressive was the time taken to complete the job as my parents had to move out for the duration. In ten days the kitchen was transformed and the new equipment proved most satisfactory. The follow-up service was good when the design of the tap proved too difficult to operate and a superior alternative was fitted instead. In all we were most pleased with the final result and felt it good value for the money.

Excellent service and excellent value for money. From start (on time) to finish (on time) Bathrooms by Appointment could not have been more helpful and professional. The range and quality of their products could not be more comprehensive and the little details that Ian Pollard suggests and the personal finishing touches to the final end product.

All tradesmen involved were top class who caused minimal disruption and mess, considering that the original bathroom was completely gutted, with all rubbish removed on completion of the work.

From initial survey and design to final completion we were always kept informed of the progress, usually by Ian personally and he was always just a phone call away. We could not be more pleased with the finished bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Bathrooms and Kitchens by Appointment to anyone.

I was very impressed with the punctuality of keeping appointments and also with the tradesmen. If they said they would be back at a certain time they were on the dot. The free home survey was very accurate and comprehensive. The suggestions from Ian were very professional and the attention to detail was faultless. Both the quality and choice of materials available and used were of a very high standard. We had various estimates and although you were not the cheapest we felt you were the best value for money as Ian had said compare prices with similar quality. The tradesmen could not be faulted either in their standard of work or in their cleanliness of operation. Disruption was kept to a minimum and all rubbish was removed from site at completion of job. As for the finished product, everyone who has seen it before and after have been impressed.

We have been delighted with the work Bathrooms By Appointment have done for us.

When deciding to renovate our kitchen and downstairs toilet there was no question as to who we would call. Ian had organised a previous bathroom for us and we were impressed with ever aspect, planning and workmanship.

I got my bathroom completely done from head to toe. Got the old bathroom stripped by the best workmen I could ever asked to do the job. They were quick and as tidy as I could have asked, I cannot say enough about the work that was carried out it was amazing. I have recommended them to other people because they were first class and I would use them again with no problem.

I found Bathrooms & Kitchens to be a first class company to deal with. The appointment system operated by Ian is first class. The proprietor comes round to your home to discuss design and the range of product required. The quality of tradesmen used was of the highest quality and the way everything is arranged to cause minimum upheaval. The trade waste was cleared away every night and transported away in their van. I found Ian to be most competitive of all the estimates we received and in fact it included more fittings than any other competitors.
